11. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Consultations/Bookings)

We want scheduling to be fair for both clients and clinicians.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.

• We will offer the next available slot.

Credits

• If you cannot attend and notify us in time, we may convert the fee into credit for a future booking (case-by-case, at our discretion, based on scheduling constraints).
  (Your current policy already includes credit/rescheduling concepts. )

No-show / late cancellation

• If you miss your appointment or cancel at the last moment, no refund is issued because the slot was reserved for you. 

Duplicate or accidental payment see “overcharge”

• If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with payment proof.

• If verified, the excess amount will be refunded or credited (as appropriate).
