Neck, Knee Pain and Recovery

Physiotherapy: Welcome

Pain changes your mood, sleep, and confidence.
You don’t need random treatments. You need a clear plan.

At ESCASO Physiotherapy, we focus on hands-on care, clinical reasoning, and personalized rehabilitation—so you can move normally again, not just “manage” pain.

What makes Us different

We start with understanding.

  • Only trained physiotherapists treat you (no shortcuts).

  • We prioritise manual therapy + clinical reasoning to find the real driver of pain; electrotherapy is used only when required.

  • Your plan is individualized based on your body, work demands, and movement limits.

  • We don’t just treat today’s pain. We build prevention so it doesn’t keep returning.

Hands-on physiotherapy. Clear assessment. Step-by-step rehab plan. Prevention built in.

Physical Therapy Session

What to expect in your
first visit

We don’t guess. We assess.

Before treatment, you are carefully checked with a focused musculoskeletal/myofascial exam—range of motion, trigger points, biomechanics, working posture, and signs of nerve or vascular entrapment.

If needed, we may recommend additional evaluation such as workstation/ergonomic review or imaging tests through the appropriate medical pathway.

You leave with:

  1. a clear explanation of what’s driving the pain

  2. a step-by-step rehab plan

  3. what to avoid, what to do, and how we’ll track progress

Techniques we may use (based on your condition)

Treatment may include hands-on and movement-based methods such as:

  • Myofascial Release, Active Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Positional Release

  • Soft tissue and joint mobilizations; spinal mobilization (Mulligan / Maitland)

  • Neural mobilizations, sports massage

  • Taping (Kinesio / Endura)

  • Strengthening, muscle re-education, breathing/relaxation and stress support when relevant

When appropriate, we may use modalities such as:
IFT, TENS, ultrasound, functional electrotherapy and exercise therapy equipment.
