1. Your Program Journey & Timeline

To help you build momentum and achieve the best results, our programs are designed for consistent progress within a dedicated timeframe.

• One-Month Personalised Plan: This intensive plan is designed to be completed within 30 days of enrollment.

• Three-Month Plan: This comprehensive plan is completed within 90 days.

• Masterclass Access: Your access to the Masterclass content is available for 6 months from your start date.

This structure helps maintain the focus and consistency crucial for building new, lasting habits. For this reason, programs cannot be paused, held, or carried forward once they begin.

2. How We'll Communicate for Optimal Support

We believe in a team-based approach to your care.

• Your Private WhatsApp Group: To ensure our entire team of experts can see your progress and provide timely, coordinated advice, all communication will happen within your dedicated WhatsApp group. This prevents information from getting lost and allows us to support you seamlessly.

• Team Availability: Our dieticians and coaches are available to support you from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).

• Daily Journaling: To provide you with the most relevant daily feedback, please submit your journal each evening after your last meal. Consistent daily updates are the key to a truly personalized plan. Journals submitted for multiple days at once will be reviewed for the most recent day only, as our guidance is based on real-time progress.

3. Partnering for Your Success

This program is a partnership. Your success is built on your commitment, and our role is to guide you every step of the way. Your active participation is key.

• Open Communication: Your honest and timely sharing of your meals, sleep patterns, cravings, and challenges allows us to adapt your plan effectively.

• Daily Tracking: Recording your meals daily in the ESCASO® Diet Planner is essential for our team to provide accurate guidance.

• Active Commitment: Your commitment to following the suggestions is what turns our plan into your results.

4. Our Approach to Food & Lifestyle

• Attend Your Sessions: All sessions included in your package are designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools for long-term success.

• Integrated Exercise: Our protocol is holistic. To ensure your body responds optimally, please consult with our team before incorporating any external workout routines.

5. A Realistic Approach to Health & Weight

Our primary goal is to help you reset your metabolic health, not just chase numbers on a scale.

• Health First: We focus on the underlying causes of weight gain to create sustainable results. In cases of metabolic disorders, the body needs time to heal and respond.

• Trust the Process: Visible, lasting change is the result of consistently and honestly following the protocol. Your patience and trust in the process are vital.

6. Working with Your Medical Doctor

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our program is designed to complement, not replace, your doctor's care.

• Keep Us Informed: Please inform our team of any medications, injections, or supplements you are taking.

• Follow Medical Advice: Always continue to follow your primary doctor’s advice for any existing medical conditions. If your lab values improve, consult with your doctor before making any adjustments to your medication.

• Medical Consultations: If you wish, you may book an online consultation with one of the ESCASO® doctors for additional medical guidance (₹500 per consultation).

7. In Case of a Medical Emergency

Please note that ESCASO® is a wellness consultancy and not an emergency healthcare provider. For any health emergency, please contact your local doctor or hospital immediately.

9. Our Commitment and Refund Policy

Our commitment to you begins the moment you enroll. We invest significant time and expertise from our multidisciplinary team to analyze your health history and design your personalized plan from day one. Because this intensive, individualized work starts immediately, we adhere to the following refund policy.

• No Refunds After Plan Implementation: Once we have collected your personal history, analyzed your blood reports, and designed your eating and lifestyle plan, no refund can be issued.

• Verified Medical Emergencies: In the rare event of a verified medical emergency that prevents you from continuing, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Smart Wellness Pvt Ltd. If a refund is approved, the following charges for services rendered will be deducted:

  • Planning & Implementation Fee: A one-time charge of ₹9,999.

  • Daily Guidance Fee: ₹500 per day for the first 10 days of guidance, and ₹250 per day thereafter.

  • Live Class Fee: If you attended any Live Class, only 20% of the remaining balance is refundable.

  • Masterclass Fee: The Masterclass is non-refundable and will be charged at ₹7,500.

  • A valid medical certificate and a written request letter are required for consideration.
