Service Description
This is not a diet consultation. It is a structured clinical assessment of the pattern driving your symptoms, conducted by Grinto Davy or the ESCASO team. Most people arrive here having already tried the simple version. Several times, with real effort. What they have never been given is an explanation. What happens in the 60 minutes Your reports are read together, not separately. Your thyroid panel, your sugars, your lipids, and your history have probably been read correctly by four different people, each one alone. Read as one picture, they usually form a recognisable pattern with a single upstream driver. We map the pattern across sleep, movement capacity, food behaviour, stress load, and your actual work schedule. Then we explain what it likely means, in plain language, without labels or jargon. You will get three decision rules to begin this week. Rules, not a chart. A chart breaks at a wedding and a rule adapts to one, which matters in Kerala. You will get a movement direction built for your body. Joint pain, weight, age, and old injuries are design constraints, not disqualifications. This comes from a physiotherapist with 25+ years in practice, not from an app. If a structured programme is the right next step, we will tell you which one and why. If it isn't, we will tell you that too. What you leave with A Lifestyle Intelligence Report™ within five to seven days, followed by a short call to walk through it. The report is yours whether or not you go further with us. Who this is not for Please don't book if you are looking for a diet chart. We don't produce them. Please don't book if you need a result in under three months. Metabolic change takes roughly one month to correct, three to build habits, and eight to ten for the body to fully adapt. We recommend three to six months of guidance and we won't pretend otherwise to make a sale. What we don't do No medicines prescribed. No supplements sold, ever. No calorie counting. No before-and-after promises. We write to your treating doctor when you enrol, and we never adjust or discontinue medication. Before your session You will receive a Lifestyle Intelligence Mapping™ Form by email. Complete it before we meet. Your clinical team reads it in advance, which means the session starts at the actual question rather than at paperwork. Bring every report you have. Even the old ones. Especially the old ones.
Cancellation Policy
THE ESCASO® METABOLIC CLARITY REVIEW™ — BOOKING POLICY Confirmation Full payment confirms your booking. Slots are not held without payment. We take a limited number of new cases each month, so a reserved slot is a slot withheld from someone else. Before you attend On booking you will receive a short preparation video and the Lifestyle Intelligence Mapping™ Form by email. Please complete the form at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your case is reviewed by the clinical team in advance. This is what allows the hour to begin at the actual question rather than at background. Where the form has not been submitted, we may reschedule rather than run a session we cannot prepare for properly. Bring every report you have, including older ones. Your trend across years tells us more than a single recent panel. Reschedule and cancellation Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using your booking link. One reschedule is permitted per booking. Within 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable and treated as a missed appointment. Late arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late shortens your session; it does not extend it. Beyond 15 minutes, the appointment is recorded as a no-show. No-show Missing your appointment without notice forfeits the fee. What you receive Your written Lifestyle Intelligence Report™ is prepared by the clinical team and delivered within 7 days. The report is yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us. Fee carry-forward Your consultation fee is deducted in full from your programme fee if you enrol in a complete personalised programme within 14 days. The fee is not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for a refund. Clinical scope ESCASO provides metabolic and lifestyle guidance. We do not diagnose, prescribe, adjust, or discontinue any medication. That authority remains entirely with your treating doctor, to whom we write when you enrol. This review does not replace medical care. For urgent medical concerns, contact your physician. Confidentiality Reports and information you share are reviewed only by the ESCASO clinical team and held in confidence. Refunds The fee covers clinical hours, whether or not you proceed further.
