This is not a diet consultation. You will not be handed a printed chart. ESCASO does not use readymade diet plans in any of our metabolic programmes, and this hour is not a preview of one. It is a clinical review of why your body is behaving the way it is. Most people who book this have already tried the simple version. Several times, with real effort. What they have never been given is an explanation. What happens in the 60 minutes A structured metabolic assessment. Your symptoms, history, daily routine, sleep, movement capacity, food behaviour and work pattern are mapped as one system rather than a list of complaints. A full review of your recent blood reports, if you have them. Read together, not separately. Your thyroid panel, sugars and lipids have likely been read correctly by three different people, each one alone. Read as one picture, they usually form a recognisable pattern with a single upstream driver. Complete clarity about your condition. Not a label. An explanation you can repeat to your family in your own words. What you receive Your written Lifestyle Intelligence Report™, prepared by the clinical team and delivered within 7 days. It documents the pattern we identified, what is driving it, and the direction your correction should take. The report is yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us. The fee Your consultation fee is deducted in full from your programme fee if you enrol in a complete personalised programme within 14 days. Before we meet You will receive a short preparation video and the Lifestyle Intelligence Mapping™ Form by email. Complete the form before your appointment. Your case is reviewed in advance, which is why the hour begins at the actual question instead of at paperwork. Bring every report you have. Especially the older ones. Your trend across years tells us more than any single panel from last month. What we do not do No medicines prescribed. No supplements sold. No calorie counting. No readymade charts. We write to your treating doctor when you enrol and we never adjust or discontinue medication. Who this is not for Please do not book if you want a diet chart, or if you need a result in under three months. Metabolic change takes roughly one month to correct, three to build habits, and eight to ten for the body to adapt. We recommend three to six months of guidance and we will not pretend otherwise. Cancellation Policy
THE ESCASO® METABOLIC CLARITY REVIEW™ — BOOKING POLICY Confirmation Full payment confirms your booking. Slots are not held without payment. We take a limited number of new cases each month, so a reserved slot is a slot withheld from someone else. Before you attend On booking you will receive a short preparation video and the Lifestyle Intelligence Mapping™ Form by email. Please complete the form at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your case is reviewed by the clinical team in advance. This is what allows the hour to begin at the actual question rather than at background. Where the form has not been submitted, we may reschedule rather than run a session we cannot prepare for properly. Bring every report you have, including older ones. Your trend across years tells us more than a single recent panel. Reschedule and cancellation Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using your booking link. One reschedule is permitted per booking. Within 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable and treated as a missed appointment. Late arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late shortens your session; it does not extend it. Beyond 15 minutes, the appointment is recorded as a no-show. No-show Missing your appointment without notice forfeits the fee. What you receive Your written Lifestyle Intelligence Report™ is prepared by the clinical team and delivered within 7 days. The report is yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us. Fee carry-forward Your consultation fee is deducted in full from your programme fee if you enrol in a complete personalised programme within 14 days. The fee is not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for a refund. Clinical scope ESCASO provides metabolic and lifestyle guidance. We do not diagnose, prescribe, adjust, or discontinue any medication. That authority remains entirely with your treating doctor, to whom we write when you enrol. This review does not replace medical care. For urgent medical concerns, contact your physician. Confidentiality Reports and information you share are reviewed only by the ESCASO clinical team and held in confidence. Refunds The fee covers clinical hours, whether or not you proceed further.
